sashimi plate lunch at a fish market. jack-mackerel, tuna, a kind of butterfish, sea bass, yellowtail, and gurnard were on the plate.
was so hungry right after the work so i rush into the supermarket near by for something to eat. then this is what i have found. hamburg steak and poached egg over the pilaf. it was the evening price, JPY225.- (50% reduction price :)
simple soba. half of the surface is covered with the small pieces of tempura jacket. the other half is covered with green onion, sea weed…i don’t know the name of the others :)
went to a yakitori (chicken stick) bar for chicken bowl lunch. there are 2 chicken meat balls, boiled egg of japanese quail, green onion, shishito (bit spicy), and 2 of chicken sticks. the lunch set was with small salad and soup. JPY700.-
sun goes down in one hour. soup of this ramen was made from pork and mixed it with habanero. it was not so spicy though i had ordered was the spiciest at the ramen restaurant. fideos picante.
lunch at a chinese restaurant. this is zha jiang mian JPY650.-
tempura bowl bento. 3 of shrimp tempura, 1 small kakiage (mixed) tempura under the centre shrimp tempura. tempura jacket was bigger than shrimp :)
sushi, sushi bowl. whitebait, shrimp, squid, octopus, fin of flatfish, skip jack-mackerel, tuna, seashell meat…
takeaway beef bowl bento, gyu-don. nice lunch in the small park by the river under the sunshine.
raising hell spicy dan dan noodles with topping boiled egg. handle with care :)
